The most accurate materials have been used in the interior and exterior structures to ensure maximum durability and reliability. The cell is made of Stainless Steel and the outer body is made of epoxy painted galvanized steel so that it will not be affected by high humidity. Lamps with sufficient power, protected by heat and moisture resistant glass inside the door, provide daylight to the samples. The glass metal door allows samples to be observed without affecting the humidity and temperature values operating inside the cell. Considering the cold and hot test temperatures, insulation is of great importance for the efficiency of the product. Insulation of EFTK Test Cabinet devices is provided by injected high density polyurethane. Humidity is provided by a humidity generator and measured with a humidity sensor inside the cell. In this way moisture is measured in the most precise way. Temperature PID, humidification and cooling are controlled by a proportional control system.
In addition to the diagnostic system, there is an adjustable safety thermostat used for heating.
There is a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) on the user panel of the device. The powerful air circulation provided by the fan ensures stability with very good temperature and humidity distribution even at low temperatures. There is a quick recovery period after the door is opened and closed. EFTK Test Cabins are equipped with an advanced microprocessor control system.
EFTK series Test Cabinets can be connected to a computer with an optional RS 232 connection.
Production is made in accordance with TS EN 61010-1 (Measurement, control and safety rules for electrical equipment used in the laboratory) standard. In addition, the refrigerant and insulation material used in EFTK Test Cabins is environmentally friendly and does not contain CFC.
